EXPERIENCE:
Mr. Underwood has 40 years experience in all phases of pipeline, compressor
station, processing plant construction, project management and management
of construction companies. He began working on pipelines during vacations
from school in the late 1950's as a laborer and started working full time
upon graduation from high school in 1962.
His pipeline experience includes operation of most major pieces of pipeline
equipment, certified pipeline welding and supervision. He went to work
for Chinook Pipeline in 1970 as a welder and quit welding in 1972 to
become superintendent on pipeline and compressor station projects for
that firm.
Chinook Construction, Inc. was incorporated in January 1976 as a subsidiary
of Chinook Pipeline which dealt primarily in the design, fabrication
and installation of compressor stations and processing facilities. Buck
managed that firm from it’s inception until December 1982, when
he left to start Northwinds of Wyoming, Inc. While with Chinook he managed
the installation of numerous new compressor stations for McCulloch Gas,
CIG, Phillips Petroleum and other customers, as well as the fabrication
and installation of several sweetening units, gas processing plants and
various maintenance and turn-a-round projects on such facilities. The
company employed up to 150 full time construction personnel and performed
work on as many as 15 sites simultaneously.

DUTIES: VICE-PRESIDENT, PIPELINE MANAGER, GENERAL SUPERINTENDENT
DATE OF BIRTH: February 29, 1956
EXPERIENCE:
Reo started working pipeline construction as a teenager and has pipelined for
Chinook Pipeline, Chinook Construction, Northwinds Construction and Northwinds of Wyoming, Inc. His experiences include operating all types of pipeline
equipment, foreman and superintendent on numerous pipeline projects as well
as having considerable background on station related work.
He also worked as a gauger for Powder River Pipeline Company in Gillette,
Wyoming for two years then went to work for Chinook Resources in 1977
as Production Superintendent in Oklahoma. He returned to Chinook Pipeline
in 1979 in Watford City, North Dakota as foreman and superintendent,
where he supervised station and gas plant installations and the construction
of steel, polyethylene and fiberglass pipelines.
Reo was co-manager and field superintendent in Watford City for Northwinds
Construction starting at its inception in 1982 until March, 1983 when
he transferred to Evanston, Wyoming for Northwinds of Wyoming, Inc. In
1984, he moved to Douglas as co-manager.
Reo bids projects, helps promote construction activities, is project
manager or superintendent as necessary and is involved in the overall
operation of Northwinds Of Wyoming.

DUTIES: PIPELINE AND STATION SUPERINTENDENT
EXPERIENCE:
Mr. Sprague had sixteen years pipeline construction experience, nine years
of which were spent as a welder and seven as a foreman on distribution work,
fabrication and gas plant piping prior to going to work for Chinook Construction.
He worked for Chinook Construction from 1976 until the end of 1982,
during which time he supervised the construction of five complete compressor
stations, three gas processing plants and one sweetening plant. Gus also
has extensive experience in large diameter pipe fabrication and is especially
efficient in supervising tie-in work.
Gus has worked for Northwinds of Wyoming, Inc. since 1983 as pipeline
and station construction superintendent.

DUTIES: STATION & PIPELINE SUPERINTENDENT
DATE OF BIRTH: December 8, 1957
EXPERIENCE:
Mr. Blowers went to work for La Fluer & Sons in Beulah, North Dakota as
a journeyman carpenter in 1975. When their mine project was completed in 1977,
he started working for Bob's Casing Crews in Odessa, Texas and was a foreman
on a casing crew until early 1981.
Mike worked for Creative Construction, Inc. in Gillette, Wyoming as
an iron worker foreman from April, 1981 until December 1982 when the
construction of the Buckskin Mine was completed.
Mike is very talented, dependable and hard working and is capable of
operating almost all of our pipeline and station equipment and performance
of construction duties. He is a talented pipefitter and is extremely
good on fiberglass pipe and fusion bonding of polyethylene pipe.
Mike went to work for Northwinds Construction in Watford City, North
Dakota in January of 1983 until December 1985. He then started working
for Northwinds of Wyoming, Inc. and has been in the Douglas and Rock
Springs area since that time working on pipelines well facilities and
compressor stations..
