    Employees work in cross-functional teams supporting various projects. Overtime is driven by the demands of the project, but is not constant.
  3. Does Northwinds of Wyoming, Inc. support employees gaining their graduate degrees?
    Yes, Northwinds of Wyoming, Inc. provides 100% tuition reimbursement and 50% reimbursement for books and fees, for a C or better. The maximum limit per year for reimbursement for a graduate degree is $3,000. Reimbursement is not processed until completion of the class.
